Boifun VB805: 5-inch screen, no WiFi link
The Boifun VB805 is a video baby monitor without WiFi and with a 5-inch screen: the camera talks straight to the monitor, with no network and no app. It sits just above the VB616 in the range without WiFi. This page repeats what the seller lists on Amazon, with no hands-on use, and flags what is not disclosed.
Boifun VB805
No amazon.com price was recorded for this model on October 11, 2026, so none appears here. That is a limit of the snapshot, not a statement about availability: the button opens an Amazon search, and the offer you see there can differ from one day to the next.
What the seller lists for the VB805
The Amazon page gives a 5-inch IPS screen, a 720p image and a 3× zoom. The connection works without WiFi, through a direct link between the monitor and the camera. The camera is listed with a 360° movement.
The clearest point of this model is the battery: 3,050 mAh, for up to 24 hours of battery life in VOX mode, according to the seller. VOX mode only lights the screen when there is a noise, so that figure describes economical use, not a screen that stays on.

Who is this model for?
The VB805 interests parents who want a monitor with no network and a larger screen than the VB616’s, to read the image at a glance. A big screen also helps when the bedroom is far away and you only want a quick look without walking over. The longer listed battery life means fewer charges, though not none.
It suits you less if you want to watch from a phone, or if resolution matters: for that, the Boifun 2K WiFi range lists a finer image. Also read the page on the Boifun VB616, which is more compact.
✓ Pros
- 5-inch IPS screen, easier to read than the 4 inches of the VB616
- Up to 24 h listed in VOX mode (3,050 mAh)
- No app and no WiFi needed, according to the seller
- 360° camera listed
✕ Cons
- 720p image, without the definition the 2K WiFi models list
- No viewing from a phone
- Remote control of the camera not specified for this model
- No amazon.com price recorded at the October 11, 2026 snapshot
Boifun VB805-2: the two-camera version
The Boifun VB805-2 keeps the 5-inch screen and the lack of WiFi, with two cameras. The seller lists remote pan and tilt over 360°. Two figures are missing: the battery capacity is not disclosed, and the resolution is given differently by two Amazon pages (720p on one, 1080p on the other). The catalog leaves those cells empty instead of picking one.

What to keep in mind
A baby monitor helps you hear and see; it does not replace an adult being present. To place the VB805 among the other models without WiFi, the page on non WiFi baby monitors from Boifun compares them, and the guide on baby monitor range explains why no announced distance holds for every home.
